Reiki stands for Universal Life Force Energy and is given whilst fully clothed using a series of gentle hand placements. The Reiki energy flow is activated and passed from the practitioner into the receipient bringing about a sense of inner peace, calm and well being.
One of the greatest benefits of Reiki is stress reduction and relaxation which assists the body's natural healing ability.
Reiki is a safe, simple and natural method of healing that everyone can do to heal the Mind Body and Spirit.
Reiki is for adults, babies, children, elderly and pets. Reiki can do no harm!

REIKI LEVEL ONE:
​
Reiki Level One can be the start of a wonderful journey of self discovery for yourself.
You will learn to heal not only yourseft but others as well using a series of hand positions.
By receiving four attunements from a Reiki Master that help you connect to the Reiki Energy Source this will give you Reiki for life.
The Reiki I teach is Usui and you will learn the history of Mikao Usui Reiki.
The Five Reiki Principles to live by will also be given.
You will learn to top into the endless supply of life force energy to heal the body naturally.
REIKI LEVEL TWO:

Reiki Level Two can only be taught to those that have already completed Reiki Level One.
The first three Reiki Symbols are given too you at this level, power mental/emotional and distance .
You will be shown how to draw and use them correctly.
You will receive one attunement which will empower and strengthen your ability to channel Reiki.
In this level you are also shown how to send distant healing to family, friends, world disasters and animals.
Reiki Two will awaken your heart chakra to receive unconditional love and boost your ability tofeel the energy vibrational flow.

REIKI LEVEL THREE (MASTER LEVEL)
​
The Third Level of Reiki is the Master level in the Usui System of Reiki and is for those that have completed levels One and Two.
You will be taught the Master Symbol at this level and how it is used to complement the three symbols taught in Level Two.
One attunement will be given at this level to raise and strengthen your connection with the Universal Life Energy.
Level Three is the final Reiki initation process and allows access to the Master Symbol.
Your energy will flow at a more intense level and you will become even more intuitive and psychic.
The student will be a Reiki Master Teacher after the attunement process allows you to attune and teach Reiki on all Three Levels.
